Monthly
£149£74+VAT a monthPlus £200+VAT setup (usually £400). No minimum term.
No cut of any booking: £74+VAT a month whether you train ten people or two hundred.
Founding prices are half the usual £149 and £1,499, and they stay that way for as long as you're with us. We build it, host it, keep it fast, secure and backed up, and make the changes you ask for. Already got a website? We move it across and your address stays the same. Your words, photos, domain name and learners' details are always yours.
Coursekeeper is training management software that runs the whole business, from the first click to the renewal. People find your course, book a place and pay the deposit on your own website. You take the register on the day, issue the certificate, and Coursekeeper brings them back when it's due to renew. One fixed price, everything included, and no fee on any booking.
We look after the tech. You do the teaching.
What we do
- Build the whole thing: your website and Coursekeeper, set up round your courses and the way you run them.
- Load in your courses, your dates, your prerequisites and everyone already booked, so you're taking bookings from day one.
- Set up your certificates, how long each one lasts, and when people get reminded to renew.
- Get you found, on Google and by ChatGPT and the other AI assistants people now ask instead.
- Host it, keep it fast and secure, and keep it backed up.
- Make every change you ask for - new courses, new pages, new wording - by the end of the next working day, with nothing extra to pay.
- Pick up the phone. The same person from the first chat onwards, who knows your setup.
What you do
- Put new dates on when you've got them.
- Take the register, and record who passed.
- Teach, and get on with running your business.
That's it. Anything else, ask us and it's done.
Booking that knows how training works
Built round dated courses with places, not appointments in a time slot, so none of it is a plugin bolted on the side.
Places left, live on every date
"3 places left" or "Full", right on the date, so nobody rings to ask whether there's room.
A full date is never a dead end
It offers the next date with room, or takes their name for the waiting list - and when a place frees up, the first person waiting gets it.
The right people, on the right course
Courses that need an earlier one first say so up front, and check before anyone books.
Deposits paid by card, straight to you
A deposit to book and the balance later, set per course. It goes into your own account, and we never take a cut.
Book the whole team at once
An employer books several places in one go, with a name against each, and gets one invoice.
Awarding body fees kept separate
An exam or assessment fee paid to someone else shows as its own line, so nobody thinks you've overcharged them.
Registers, results and certificates
The day itself, and everything that has to be on record afterwards, in the same place as the booking.
-
A register for every date
Everyone booked on, ready on a phone or printed for the room. Mark who turned up and who didn't.
-
Results, recorded
Passed, referred or not yet assessed, against each person, so you know where everyone stands.
-
Certificates from the result
A pass issues your certificate, or records the awarding body's for a regulated qualification, with its number and the date it runs out. Lost one of yours? Reissue it in a click.
-
Move someone in one step
They keep their place, and the waiting list on the date they left moves up on its own.
-
Tutors on every date
Who's teaching which course and when, so a date never goes out without someone to run it.
-
Never double-booked
The last place can't go to two people, even if they both click at the same second.
Renewals that come back to you
Most qualifications run out. Coursekeeper remembers when, so the renewal books with you rather than whoever emails them first.
Every certificate knows its expiry
Set how long each qualification lasts, and every certificate carries its own date.
Reminders before it runs out
People get an email in good time, with your next dates in it and a link straight to booking.
Employers see who's due
A company that sends staff sees whose certificates run out when, and books the refreshers in one go.
CPD, on record
Hours and courses logged against each person, for anyone who has to show they've kept up.
Money, sorted
Deposits, balances, invoices and vouchers, worked out for you, so the only thing left to do is bank it.
-
Deposits and balances
Set per course, with VAT worked out line by line.
-
Company accounts
Employers who book often get an account and a proper VAT invoice, rather than paying card by card.
-
Who owes what, soonest first
One list of everything outstanding, with anything late flagged.
-
However the money arrives
Card machine, cash or bank transfer - record it in a click and the balance updates.
-
Gift vouchers that look after themselves
Codes issued, redeemed and tracked, with what's still outstanding always to hand.
-
Cancel a date, and nothing's forgotten
Anything already paid is flagged to go back, so nobody slips through.
Why not the usual training software
The best-known names price per admin user or add a fee to every booking, and sit beside your website rather than in it (their pricing pages, checked 27 September 2026).
One flat price
However many people book and however many of you run it. No fee per booking, per learner or per login.
On your website, in your name
People book with you, on your own site, and their details stay yours.
Set up for you, not by you
We load your courses and dates and look after it afterwards. No six-week implementation project on your side.
Just need bookings?
If you run classes and workshops with no qualification at the end, Seatkeeper is the booking part on its own, for less.
Need something this doesn't do? We build that too: A booking system built round your rules

FAQs
How much does Coursekeeper cost?
£74+VAT a month plus a £200+VAT setup fee, with no minimum term - or £749+VAT a year with no setup fee. Those are founding prices, half the usual £149 and £1,499, and they're yours for as long as you stay. That's everything: your website, Coursekeeper, hosting and looking after it.
Do you charge per booking or per user?
No. One flat price however many people book and however many of your team use it. Card payments go straight to you, so the only fee on a booking is the card processor's standard one.
Does it issue certificates?
Yes. Record a pass and the certificate is issued, with its own number and the date it expires, and you can reissue one whenever someone loses theirs.
Can it remind people when their certificate is due to renew?
Yes. Each qualification has its own lifetime, and people get an email before theirs runs out with your next dates in it. Employers can see which of their staff are due.
What does a founding price mean?
Half the usual price, for as long as you stay with us. We'll stop offering it to new customers at some point, but if you're in, it doesn't change.
How quickly do you make changes?
Ask by 5pm on a working day and it's done by the end of the next working day: your courses, dates, prices, pages, wording, photos, policies and settings. Ask after 5pm or at the weekend and it counts from the next working day. Something Coursekeeper doesn't do yet isn't a change - we'll agree a date for that with you.
I've already got a website. What happens to it?
We move your courses and pages across and point your domain name at the new site, so your address stays the same and nothing's lost.
What if I just need bookings?
Then Seatkeeper is the booking part on its own - dates, places, waiting lists and deposits, with your website - for £49+VAT a month on its founding price.
What happens when you get in touch
Send us your website and we'll show you your own courses in Coursekeeper - your dates, your certificates, your look. Free, no obligation, and no hard sell.
