Coursekeeper · For CPD trainers · UK‑wide, based in Fareham
CPD training, with the evidence on record
Your learners need proof of their CPD, in the form their own professional body asks for, and they need it again when that body checks. Coursekeeper takes the booking, records the attendance, asks for feedback and issues the certificate with the right detail on it, so the proof is there when they need it.

Who you'll deal with, start to finish
He's in Fareham and works with businesses all over the UK - on a call, and in person when it's worth the trip.
023 8272 0001 Rings through to Shane. Out of hours it goes to voicemail, and he'll ring you back.
Twenty-five years writing software, two companies co-founded and sold, and he still writes the code. A few people he's worked with for years come in when a job needs more hands.
What's included
- Every course on its own page, with its aims, CPD time, dates and places left.
- Attendance recorded on the day, so a certificate only goes to someone who was there.
- A certificate for each learner carrying what their body needs - the dates and time, and where it's asked for, the aims, objectives, anticipated outcomes and quality assurance.
- Each learner's CPD with you on record, and a certificate reissued in a minute when someone needs it again.
- Firms booking their people onto courses, with one VAT invoice and an account if they book often.
- Online sessions and in-person days in the same diary, with attendance marked by the trainer either way.
What CPD training needs from its software
Every profession counts CPD its own way. Some count hours; some, like ICAEW, count what was learned rather than time spent; dental professionals need GDC verifiable CPD, whose certificates carry the aims, objectives, anticipated development outcomes and quality assurance, after a chance to give feedback (the GDC's CPD guidance for providers and ICAEW's CPD pages, checked 29 September 2026). The provider that makes that evidence easy is the one people book again.
The right detail on every certificate
Set it per course once - time, aims, objectives, outcomes - and every certificate carries it.
Feedback before the certificate
Where a body asks for it, learners give feedback on the course, and the certificate follows.
Only for people who attended
Certificates come from the register, not the booking, so nobody gets one for a day they missed.
A history that doesn't go missing
Everything a learner has done with you, on record, when their professional body asks for it.
Series and programmes
A run of sessions booked as one, with attendance recorded at each.
Pricing
£74+VAT a month plus £200+VAT setup, or £749+VAT a year with no setup fee - Coursekeeper's founding prices, half the usual, and yours for as long as you stay. Everything included, and no fee on any booking.
That's the whole of Coursekeeper, set up for CPD training: your website, the booking, attendance, certificates and records, hosted and looked after.
Accreditation is separate
Coursekeeper records attendance and issues certificates - it doesn't accredit or quality-assure your courses. That stays with your CPD body; your certificates name it.
FAQs
Can certificates show what GDC verifiable CPD asks for?
They can carry the details the GDC lists for a verifiable CPD certificate - the subject, aims and objectives, anticipated development outcomes, dates, hours, the learner's name and who quality-assures it - with feedback taken before it's issued. Whether a course counts as verifiable CPD is down to the course and its quality assurance, not the software.
Can certificates show CPD hours?
Yes, for bodies that count time. You set it per course, and each learner's certificate carries the course, the date and the hours.
Does Coursekeeper accredit CPD?
No - accreditation comes from your professional or CPD body. Coursekeeper records the attendance and issues the certificates.
What does it cost?
The same as Coursekeeper: £74+VAT a month plus £200+VAT setup, or £749+VAT a year, on its founding price. No fee on any booking.
