No cut of any booking: £49+VAT a month whether you take ten bookings or two hundred.
Founding prices are half the usual £99 and £999, and they stay that way for as long as you're with us. We build it, host it, keep it fast, secure and backed up, and make the changes you ask for. Already got a website? We move it across and your address stays the same. Your words, photos, domain name and customer details are always yours.
For businesses that run classes and workshops - cookery, craft, art, anything with dates and places. People pick a date, book a place and pay the deposit on your own site, a full date offers the next one instead of a dead end, and you run the lot from one screen. One fixed price, everything included. Training people for a qualification? That's Coursekeeper.
We look after the tech. You run the classes.
What we do
- Build the whole thing: your website and your booking, designed round your business.
- Set it up to work the way you do - your classes, prices, deposits, places per date and venues.
- Load in your current classes and every date you've already got booked, so you're taking bookings from day one.
- Get you found, on Google and by ChatGPT and the other AI assistants people now ask instead.
- Host it, keep it fast and secure, and keep it backed up.
- Make every change you ask for - new pages, new photos, new wording - by the end of the next working day, with nothing extra to pay.
- Pick up the phone. The same person from the first chat onwards, who knows your setup.
What you do
- Add your classes and dates when you've got new ones.
- See who's booked on, who's waiting and who's paid.
- Run your classes, and get on with running your business.
That's it. Anything else, ask us and it's done.
Booking your customers will actually enjoy
Everything a customer wants to know is on the page, and booking takes a minute on a phone. No account to make, no ringing up to ask.
Places left, live on every date
"3 places left", "Places available" or "Full" - right there on the date, so nobody rings to ask whether there's room.
A full date is never a dead end
It points straight to the next date with room, or takes their name for the waiting list.
A waiting list that fills itself
When someone drops out, the first person waiting gets the place automatically and an email to say so.
Book for a group
Several places in one booking, with a name for each person - a hen do, a team day, a family.
Classes and gift vouchers in one basket
Vouchers with the recipient's name and a message, and a basket that warns if two dates clash.
A reference they can keep
A booking reference and a confirmation to print or save, which they can look up again any time.
Your bookings, on one screen
Everything you'd otherwise keep in a notebook, a spreadsheet and your head, in one place that's always up to date.
-
The diary at a glance
Every date, how many are on it, who's queued and who's waiting on an answer from you.
-
Dates on in seconds
Put a new date on, or cancel and reinstate one, without calling anyone.
-
Who's coming, ready for the day
Everyone booked on each date with their details, on your phone or printed out.
-
Move someone in one click
They keep their place, and the waiting list on the date they left moves up on its own.
-
The emails you send every week, already written
Filled in with each booking's names, dates and amounts, so you're not retyping them or getting one wrong.
-
Never double-booked
The last place can't go to two people, even if they both click at the same second.
Money, sorted
Deposits, balances and vouchers, worked out for you, so the only thing left to do is bank it.
Deposits and balances
A deposit to book and the balance on the day, set per class, with VAT worked out line by line.
Deposits paid by card, straight to you
They pay the deposit online as they book, into your own account, and the place is theirs. We never take a cut.
Who owes what, soonest first
One list of everything outstanding, with anything late flagged.
However the money arrives
Card machine, cash or bank transfer - record it in a click and the balance updates.
Gift vouchers that look after themselves
Codes issued, redeemed and tracked, with what's still outstanding always to hand.
Cancel a date, and nothing's forgotten
Anything already paid is flagged to go back, so nobody slips through.
Every class on its own page, and found
Each class gets a proper page of its own - the kind Google shows and AI assistants can quote - and we keep them that way.
Everything they need to decide
Price, deposit, what's included, how many are on it and what they'll come away with.
Search and filters that just work
By subject and level, and a "no experience needed" filter so beginners find their way in.
Built to be found
Set up for Google, and for ChatGPT and the other AI assistants people now ask instead.
Quick on a phone
Big buttons, nothing to pinch and zoom, and pages that load before they've lost interest.
Always current
Past dates tidy themselves away, so the site never looks out of date.
Why not one of the usual booking tools
Most of them are built for one person in one time slot. A class business ends up bolting on the rest, and the bolt-ons are where the evenings go.
Built round a class, not a time slot
Dates, places and waiting lists are how the whole thing works from the start, not plugins on top.
On your website, in your name
People book with you, on your own site, and their details stay yours.
One thing, not five
No theme, booking plugin, deposits plugin and waiting-list workaround, each with its own renewal and its own way of breaking.
When you don't need us
If your classes are one-off sessions with no waiting list, no deposits and nobody swapping dates, an off-the-shelf tool will do, and we'll say so.
Need something this doesn't do? We build that too: A booking system built round your rules

FAQs
How much does Seatkeeper cost?
£49+VAT a month plus a £200+VAT setup fee, with no minimum term - or £499+VAT a year with no setup fee. Those are founding prices, half the usual £99 and £999, and they're yours for as long as you stay. That's everything: the website, the booking, hosting and looking after it.
Is there a minimum term?
Not on the monthly plan. Stop whenever you like, and your words, photos, domain name and customer details go with you.
Can people join a waiting list when a class is full?
Yes, and it runs itself: when a place comes free, the next person in the queue gets it and an email to say so.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Payments go straight to you, so the only fee on a booking is the card processor's standard one, and our price is the same however busy you get.
How quickly do you make changes?
Ask by 5pm on a working day and it's done by the end of the next working day: your classes, dates, prices, pages, wording, photos, policies and settings. Ask after 5pm or at the weekend and it counts from the next working day. Something Seatkeeper doesn't do yet isn't a change - we'll agree that with you separately.
I've already got a website. What happens to it?
We move your classes and pages across and point your domain name at the new site, so your address stays the same and nothing's lost.
I train people for a qualification. Is this enough?
Probably not on its own - Coursekeeper adds prerequisites, registers, certificates and renewal reminders on top of everything here.
What if I need something it doesn't do?
Then we build a booking system round your rules. That's typically £5,000 - £15,000, after a free consultation.
What happens when you get in touch
Send us your website and we'll show you your own classes in Seatkeeper - your dates, your prices, your look. Free, no obligation, and no hard sell.
