Booking systems · South coast & south east
Bookings that take themselves
If you're still taking appointments on the phone, you're paying for it twice - once in your evenings, and once in the people who rang, got voicemail, and rang somebody else. The generic booking tools fix that for a lot of businesses. This is for the ones they don't fit.
What it costs
A paid discovery of £950 - £1,550+VAT, then one fixed price for the build.
Most builds land between £15,000 and £35,000+VAT. Scoping this costs less than our other build work because we've built booking systems before - every business has its own rules, but underneath they all work much the same way. The discovery comes off the build if you go ahead, and if you don't, the written scope and the price we quoted are still yours.
Tell us what falls overWhat you get
- Bookings that understand your actual rules: multi-session courses with prerequisites, instructor and equipment ratios, term-time schedules, deposits and balances, waiting lists, group bookings with details for each person, and part-day hire where a thing can only be in one place at once.
- Somewhere for you to see the day, the week and who owes what, without exporting anything.
- Reminders that go out on their own, because no-shows are the expensive bit.
- Support priced in from the first quote. A booking system runs on a Saturday morning and it's no use to you if nobody's answering.
Who does it
Shane Wright leads it: twenty-five years in software, two companies of his own built and sold, chief technology officer of both, and he still writes code every day.
He's in Fareham and works across the south coast and the south east, so when it's worth meeting in person that's a drive rather than a day out.
He's who you deal with from the first conversation to long after it's live - no agency, no account manager, nobody handing you to somebody junior once you've signed. He isn't on his own either: a few people he's worked with for years come in when a job needs more hands, so nothing stops for a holiday or a bad week, and it's the same faces each time.
He'll also tell you when software isn't the answer. If a thing won't save you time, win you work or make somebody's day easier, you'll hear that rather than get a quote for it - and you'll hear it in words you'd use yourself, because something nobody can follow is something nobody ends up using.
When you don't need us
If Wix, Square, Fresha or a WordPress plugin does what you need, use one - they do the standard one-person-one-slot booking well and they're cheap. This is for what happens after you've outgrown that.
Work you can look at
Software we built and still run ourselves, live and with real users on it, maintained and on call rather than dressed up for a portfolio - so you can go and use it, and judge the work instead of taking our word for it.
What happens when you get in touch
Tell us what you're using now and which bit of it falls over. If the answer is that an off-the-shelf tool would do it, that's what we'll say.
