One job off your plate, for good

Every business has a job someone does by hand every day: copying enquiries into a spreadsheet, chasing the same three documents, re-typing orders from emails. We automate one of them end to end, at a fixed price agreed before we start, and keep it running afterwards.

Who you'll deal with, start to finish

He's in Fareham and works across the south coast and the south east, so when it's worth meeting in person that's a drive rather than a day out.

023 8272 0001 Rings through to Shane. Out of hours it goes to voicemail, and he'll ring you back.

Twenty-five years writing software, two companies co-founded and sold, and he still writes the code. A few people he's worked with for years come in when a job needs more hands.

More about us

What's included

  • A short discovery first, at no extra cost: we watch the job being done and agree what "done" looks like, and then fix the price.
  • The whole process automated, from the thing that starts it to the result landing where it should - not a half-finished script.
  • The tools you already use connected up: your email, forms, spreadsheets, accounts and CRM.
  • AI where it genuinely helps - reading an email, sorting a document, drafting a reply - and a person checking anything that matters.
  • Tested on your real work for two weeks before we call it finished.
  • Looked after afterwards, so when one of your tools changes, it gets fixed rather than quietly stopping.

What's in, and what isn't

Fixed price means a fixed scope, so it's worth being clear about the edges.

One process, end to end

One job with a clear start and a clear result. Two jobs is two of these - or custom software, if they're really one system.

Done means it runs on its own

Two weeks of your real work with nobody stepping in to fix it. Until then it isn't finished, and we keep at it.

Not a chain of add-ons

We build it on our own platform rather than stringing together subscriptions, so there's one thing to look after and one bill.

When we'll say no

A tool you already pay for does it

Plenty of software has the automation built in. If yours does, we'll show you where it is.

The judgement is the job

If the hard part is a decision only a person should make, we'll automate around it, not through it.

It happens twice a year

If it isn't eating time every week, it won't pay back, and we'll tell you so.

Pricing

Typically £2,500 - £5,000 for one process, fixed before we start. Then a monthly bill to run it and look after it, quoted with the price - it depends what it runs.

The discovery ends in a fixed price and a written description of what "done" means. The monthly is quoted with it, because it depends on what the automation does, and covers running it, keeping it working when your tools change, and any AI usage.

Bigger than one process?

If the job is really a system - several processes that all feed each other - that's custom software, and we'll say so before you've paid for anything.

FAQs

How much does it cost to automate a business process?

Typically £2,500 to £5,000 for one process, at a fixed price agreed after a short discovery, then a monthly bill to run it and look after it, quoted with the price because it depends what it runs.

Do you use AI?

Where it earns its place - reading and sorting emails or documents, drafting replies - with a person checking anything that matters. A lot of good automation needs no AI at all.

Why not Zapier or Make?

For simple jobs they're great, and we'll say so. As a process grows, a chain of steps across several tools gets harder to keep an eye on. Ours is built as one thing, watched, and fixed when something changes.

What if we part ways?

Your data is yours throughout. If you leave, we export it for you and write down how the automation worked, so someone else can pick it up.

What if it doesn't work?

It isn't finished until it's run your real work for two weeks without anyone stepping in, and we keep at it until it has.

What happens when you get in touch

Tell us the job, who does it and how long it takes them. If a tool you already have could do it, that's what we'll say.
