What it costs
A paid discovery of £3,750 - £6,250+VAT, then one fixed price for the build.
Most builds land between £15,000 and £35,000+VAT. The discovery fee comes off the build if you go ahead, and if you don't, the written scope and the price we quoted are still yours.

Who does it
Shane Wright leads it: twenty-five years in software, two companies of his own built and sold, chief technology officer of both, and he still writes code every day.
He's in Fareham and works across the south coast and the south east, so when it's worth meeting in person that's a drive rather than a day out.
He's who you deal with from the first conversation to long after it's live - no agency, no account manager, nobody handing you to somebody junior once you've signed. He isn't on his own either: a few people he's worked with for years come in when a job needs more hands, so nothing stops for a holiday or a bad week, and it's the same faces each time.
He'll also tell you when software isn't the answer. If a thing won't save you time, win you work or make somebody's day easier, you'll hear that rather than get a quote for it - and you'll hear it in words you'd use yourself, because something nobody can follow is something nobody ends up using.

The discovery is paid because a fixed price quoted against a vague scope is either padded to cover the risk or it's wrong, and both of those are bad for whoever's paying.
