How Arlo is priced

Per admin licence, every month
Four plans, each charged per administrator licence, with the price per licence falling as you add more.
Plus a fee on every registration
Charged per paid registration and, at a lower rate, per free one.
A setup package on every plan
Implementation is required with all plans, from a basic package to a premium one with data migration and certificate customisation.
Automated certificates on the Enterprise plan
The lower plans list printable certificates.
Pricing
£74+VAT a month plus £200+VAT setup, or £749+VAT a year with no setup fee - Coursekeeper's founding prices, half the usual, and yours for as long as you stay. No fee on any booking.
That's the website, hosting, the software, setting it up and looking after it. No fee per admin, per booking or per learner.
When to stay on Arlo
If you've several admins, blended or e-learning courses, portals for corporate clients, Salesforce or single sign-on, or more than one tax region, Arlo is built for that and you should stay on it.

Can you move my Arlo courses and bookings across?
Yes - your courses, dates and existing bookings come across, so nobody has to rebook, and your web address stays the same.
Does Coursekeeper do renewal reminders?
Yes. Each qualification has its own lifetime, and people get an email before theirs runs out, with your next dates in it.
Is there a fee per booking?
No. One flat price. Card payments go straight to your own account, so the only fee on a booking is the card processor's standard one.
