Event Espresso turns a WordPress site into an event booking system, and a lot of training providers start there. It's an events plugin, though, so certificates and renewals tend to live somewhere else, and someone has to keep WordPress, the theme and every plugin up to date and working together.

A WordPress plugin
It needs a self-hosted WordPress site, which you (or someone) keep running.
Free, or a yearly licence
The free plan takes a 3% pay-as-you-go fee; the paid plans are yearly, in US dollars, with waitlists and add-ons on the top one.
Renewals matter
If a licence isn't renewed, it goes onto pay-as-you-go pricing.
Pricing
£74+VAT a month plus £200+VAT setup, or £749+VAT a year with no setup fee - Coursekeeper's founding prices, half the usual, and yours for as long as you stay. No fee on any booking.
That's the website, hosting, the software and looking after all of it - the plugin licences, add-ons, hosting and updates it replaces are all in it.
When to stay on Event Espresso
If your WordPress site is looked after, the plugin does what you need, and certificates and renewals aren't part of your work, stay on it.

Do I still need WordPress?
No. Coursekeeper is your website as well, hosted and looked after by us. Your pages come across, and your web address stays the same.
Can employers book several delegates and pay on invoice?
Yes - several places in one booking with a name against each, and an account with a VAT invoice for employers who book often.
