£74+VAT a month plus £200+VAT setup, or £749+VAT a year with no setup fee - Coursekeeper's founding prices, half the usual, and yours for as long as you stay. No fee on any booking.
That's the website, hosting, the software, setting it up and looking after it.
When accessplanit is the right one
If you're a larger training company with lots of trainers and venues, managers who need compliance oversight, a finance system to sync, single sign-on or an API, accessplanit is built for that and you should stay on it.
FAQs
How long does moving take?
We do the moving: your courses, dates and existing bookings come across, and your part is one half-hour call and signing off the draft.
Does Coursekeeper track certificate expiry?
Yes. Every certificate carries the date it runs out, people get a reminder before it does, and employers can see which of their staff are due.
Can employers book several delegates and pay on invoice?
Yes - several places in one booking with a name against each, and an account with a VAT invoice for employers who book often.
