Coursekeeper · From Pembee · UK‑wide, based in Fareham
When certificates and renewals are the work
Pembee is a good, affordable booking tool built mainly for classes, clubs and camps, and it handles company bookings and deposits well. Where a training provider's income depends on the certificate and bringing people back when it runs out, that's the part Coursekeeper is built round.

Who you'll deal with, start to finish
He's in Fareham and works with businesses all over the UK - on a call, and in person when it's worth the trip.
023 8272 0001 Rings through to Shane. Out of hours it goes to voicemail, and he'll ring you back.
Twenty-five years writing software, two companies co-founded and sold, and he still writes the code. A few people he's worked with for years come in when a job needs more hands.

What Pembee is
From Pembee's pricing and training pages, checked 30 September 2026:
£30 or £70 a month
Plus a 0.59% fee on card payments taken online through Stripe, on top of Stripe's own.
Set up yourself
Built to be running the same day, with initial setup taking around 10 minutes.
Certificates by email
Its pages describe emailing certificates to everyone on a course, rather than issuing them from a result, and don't mention renewal reminders.
A hosted booking page
Linked from or embedded in the website you already have.
Pricing
£74+VAT a month plus £200+VAT setup, or £749+VAT a year with no setup fee - Coursekeeper's founding prices, half the usual, and yours for as long as you stay. No fee on any booking.
That's the website, hosting, the software, setting it up and looking after it. Pembee is cheaper as a booking tool on its own; Coursekeeper costs more because it's your website and your certificates as well.
When to stay on Pembee
If you run recurring classes, terms or camps, you're happy with a booking page beside your own website, and certificates and renewals aren't part of your work, Pembee is cheaper and you should stay on it.
FAQs
Can you move my Pembee courses and bookings across?
Yes - your courses, dates and existing bookings come across, so nobody has to rebook.
Do I just need bookings?
Then Seatkeeper is the booking part on its own, with your website, for £49+VAT a month on its founding price - or stay on Pembee, which is cheaper still.
