Bookwhen, or your website with booking built in
Bookwhen is a good, inexpensive booking page for classes and events, and for plenty of businesses it's the right answer. Where people move is when they want the booking and the website to be one thing, set up and looked after for them, rather than a booking page they run alongside a site somebody else looks after.

Twenty-five years writing software, two companies co-founded and sold, and he still writes the code. A few people he's worked with for years come in when a job needs more hands.

FAQs
Is Seatkeeper cheaper than Bookwhen?
No - as a booking page on its own, Bookwhen is cheaper. Seatkeeper includes your website, set up and looked after for you, which is where the difference goes.
Can I still add classes myself?
Yes. You add classes and dates whenever you like; anything beyond that, you ask and it's done.
Can I bring my Bookwhen bookings across?
Yes. Your upcoming dates and the people booked on them come across, so nobody has to rebook.
Running training rather than classes?
Then Coursekeeper is the better comparison with Bookwhen - certificates issued from the result, expiry dates and renewal reminders, with your website included.
