Tamperan is Shane Wright, plus a handful of people he's worked with for years who come in when a job needs more hands than one.
Twenty-five years in software. He co-founded two businesses and was chief technology officer of both, ran engineering across three continents, and both were sold. He still writes the code.

We love this stuff, and none of it matters on its own. Software is only worth building if it saves somebody time, wins somebody work, or makes somebody's day easier - and it has to be explainable in plain English to the people who'll actually use it. If it isn't doing one of those, we'll tell you, rather than build it and invoice you.
